    Electrode Boiler – Horizontal

The electrode type phase change boiler is a pressure phase change boiler, which adopts a horizontal layout structure and consists of two parts: the boiler body (including the boiler shell and cylinder, the inner cylinder device and the electrode device) and the shell and tube heat exchanger. The saturated steam in the drum condenses through heat exchange and becomes saturated water and flows back into the drum to continue evaporation. Through continuous evaporation, the condensed gas-liquid two-phase cycle continuously transfers the absorbed heat to the output working medium (water) in the heat exchange tube. ).

Through continuous evaporation, the condensed gas-liquid two-phase cycle continuously transfers the absorbed heat to the output working medium (water) in the heat exchange tube. ).

The boiler body and the heat exchanger are shipped separately from the factory. They need to be assembled in the factory before being disassembled and assembled at the user’s site. The boiler body consists of the boiler shell and cylinder, inner cylinder device, electrode assembly, platform, protective plate insulation layer, etc. The heat exchanger consists of a tube box, a tube shell and a tube bundle.

The boiler consumes electrical energy to heat boiler water and generate steam. The boiler electrode assembly is directly immersed in the boiler water with a certain conductivity, and the discharge generates electric current. The furnace water heats up quickly and evenly under the action of the electric current.

The boiler replenishes water to the inner cylinder through an internal circulation pump. The circulation pump is frequency-controlled and controls the water level in the boiler inner cylinder to maintain the boiler operating at the set power.

The boiler supplies water to the boiler through a feed water pump to ensure that the total water volume in the boiler barrel remains constant and ensures the normal operation of the boiler.
